Progress
It been almost three weeks and I down 7 lbs. I’ve been working with a trainer and I am amazed at how much I didn’t know. Although I’ve been working out for years off and on you get in a rut of doing the same exercises over and over. Hitting the muscles in a different way has really helped me make progress and high intensity interval cardio training has the fat falling off. I hope that I can maintain some sort of decent dieting through the holidays!

Keep up the hard work and you will be ripped in no time. Working with a trainer is a great advantage also. Keep good logs of your workouts to track improvements.
