Cardio and Endurance!!!
I will be startint my training on 08/13/07. The first 2 weeks I will be focusing on cardio and endurance. It will consist of a tryout program for soccer when I was in high school. This should be interesting! If it doesn’t kill me the results should be really good. I will start with 5 reps of 50 yard shuttle runs and finish with an 8 minute or less mile run. I’ll post my results in 2 weeks. Wish me luck!
