Cardio and Endurance!!!
I will begin my training on 08/13/07 with an old soccer tryout regimine for cardio and endurance. It will consist of 5 reps of 50 yard shuttle runs and will end with an 8 minute or less mile. If it doesn’t kill me the result should be pretty nice. I’ll post my results around 08/27/07. I’ll also be posting before and after pics. Wish me luck!!!
