LG Sciences Lipotropic Vanilla/Cinnamon/Pecan Cookies
Hi everyone, David Hardy, LG Sciences Sponsored Athlete. How many times have you just wanted a damn cookie throughout your contest prep? I don’t really even eat cookies that often, but the other day when my girlfriend baked some, the smell was just too much for me. Instead of breaking my diet and eating her freshly baked, amazing smelling oatmeal/cinnamon/raisin/honey cookies, I decided to venture out and give this a try. These cookies were a little dry, but they did the trick and satisfied me, delivering a whopping 40 grams of protein, 13 grams of good fat, and just 4 carbs! Here’s what I did:
1.5 scoops LG Sciences Lipotropic Vanilla Powder
1 egg white
Cinnamon to taste
Stevia packet
1/2 ounce crushed pecans
Mix it all up and put it on a piece of parchment paper over a pan and slap it in the oven on 350 for 8 minuets and enjoy!
If you find that it’s a little thick, just add a few drops of water, or if you want some more good fat, add a tsp of olive oil and make it 18 grams of fat and it will also be a little more moist.
These are a Godsend to the dieting bodybuilder, but don’t take my word as the gospel, give them a try for yourself; you will not be disappointed.
