I FEEL LIKE *#@+, but better off.

I caught a cold two weeks ago.  To make it worse I have been unable to rest.  I had a 22 mile run at the end of the first week (16 actual running and 6 walking in pain, Ha Ha) followed by a 1 1/2 mile run two days later, followed by a 1 1/2 mile run a day later, followed by a (3 mile run with 800 meter sprints, a water exercise and an obsticle course.)  These guys are no (*&^%$# joke.  But after all that ****, my body feels like **** but I can sure as **** do more.

Currently On Deployment

I am currently on deployment.  Life here is boring but I love the workouts.  I am in great shape and I am down to 11 percent bodyfat.  I am still gaining weight and loosing fat.  To anyone who thinks they cant achieve this, keep trying you will succeed.

Deployment this Month

Im deploying soon so I will not be able to write any blogs or show my progress, but I will be hitting the weights and working out every chance I get.  I wish everyone the best of luck and I hope to be blogging with you soon.

Disappointment leads to lost sleep.

I found an old workout log yesterday just before I tried to go to sleep.  In it was my first measurements 3 years ago.  I saw increases in everything except my arms.  Three years of work with no progress, I couldn’t sleep.  I spent almost 5 hours working out new workouts and tweeking my diet.  I analyzed so much of my history and so much information in regards to gaining lean weight.  I was **ss** and determined.  Today I hit up the first day of my new regiment.  No more plain training.  Every muscle is going to be used everyday, with a routine to fatigue major muscle groups 2-3 times a week, and ingorge others to promote healing/growth.  I am also increasing my intake of protein to at least 12-15g per hour while awake and 24 slow release while sleeping.  Not including protein from natural sources during my meals.  GOAL IS "DEDICATION LEADS TO PERCIVERANCE."

My calves are back to 420 on the leg press.  It has been a while since I have been able to do that much weight… I’m going to increase the weight,  Bodybuilding is the most addictive thing I have ever done.  Despite the small setbacks.

Pain in my thigh.

I had a harsh pulling pain in my right thigh near my groin. This one hurt.  Also, my max lift has dramatically decreased on the leg press.  I’m injured, but I don’t want to stop.  ????

Knee Trouble

First, Thank you for the support you all gave me.  It’s my body and I am going to continue working out with or without support from my Fiance.

Second, I worked out my legs this week the day after I dropped a 12 foot board on my right leg, just above my knee.  Now whenever I stand up after sitting for a while my knee feels like its burning.  I looked it up and I think I have "Patellafemoral Syndrome", which is a glorified name for knee pain.  I am going to do some more research and seek an outside opinion.

No Support from Fiance

My Fiance who I have known for almost three years does not support me working out anymore.  It is hurting my routine and my relationship.  This is definatly a motivation kil ler.
