If you’re bored then you’re boring
Tuesday, November 18th, 2008It’s one of the most common themes that I revisit. A person who is looking to improve MUST look at each session as a starting point, not just another day to have to get up and grind it out.
I think a person doesn’t go physically stale but mentally weak and that’s def where I found myself the past 5 months. I’ve had two good weeks now and I’ve really hammered myself this week.
It’s the best kind of aching I can imagine. Kick it!
