low intensity week
Monday, August 27th, 2007Coming out of a really great time - still going to gym but not full speed due to a lower back strain. Ramping back up to previous the ab work level, gradually increasing cardio, settling on a new weight routine that I’ll implement on Thu so…… It’s positives all around!
Feel really really great within myself and know that I’ve got goals to meet and that action, not talk, is what will get me there.
