Monday, May 28th, 2007holy crap - my new plan consisted of focusing on one part per day instead of the usual two so i can go slow on that part and really squeeze all the juice out of it instead of having to rush through two (ie back and chest in the one hour)
Why didn’t anyone tell me that my delts are weak as a wet paper bag before i started today!? Definitely have to work on that but bigger picture, I’m on two weeks leave starting Friday and I am sh|t scared that I’ll end up coming back having done nothing at all! Maybe I’ll use the bags of mulch for shoulder presses and do massive dips using the two tall garbage cans outside! Give me something to work with here people…..
