					<description>Little cardio from time to time won't hurt.  I just wouldn't over do it.... Keep your protein intakes up.  Get those carbs in when you need them - thats whats going to make it right as you raise your weight levels.</description>

That's 60 lbs more than you were last year  (just 8 months ago!) and your history shows your BF has been rising with your weight this year.  Suspect you and your trainer are lookin' for &amp;amp;#34;lean mass&amp;amp;#34;, bro.  Cardio will help ya out.  Good luck!</description>
