CARDO ? TO DO OR NOT TO DO

I AM IN MY REBUILDING PART OF MY WORKING OUT AN AT A WHT WHERE I HAVE NEVER BEEN WHICH IS 175 MY TRAINER IS LOOKING FOR ME TO GET TO 200+

SHOW I DO SOME CARDO FAT IS AT 11.73%

    Yup…..especially since you may be getting up to 200+. That’s 60 lbs more than you were last year (just 8 months ago!) and your history shows your BF has been rising with your weight this year. Suspect you and your trainer are lookin’ for "lean mass", bro. Cardio will help ya out. Good luck!

    Little cardio from time to time won’t hurt. I just wouldn’t over do it…. Keep your protein intakes up. Get those carbs in when you need them - thats whats going to make it right as you raise your weight levels.
