THIS PUTS ME 15WEEKS OUT FROM MY SHOW                  I LIKE TO CHANGE MY WORKOUT FROM TIME TO TIME FROM GOING HEAVY TO LIGHT OF 50 REPS PER SET MAX OF 3 SETS

    I like to incorporate this from time to time too. Sometime, you might try doing drop sets. I’ve done as many as 100 reps doing this. Incredible pumps!
