Getting started…
Thursday, October 23rd, 2008Well, it’s the middle of the night and I’ve decided I want to start blogging as a way to stay focused and enthused about my workouts. I have lost the energy and commitment I once had and it’s time to find it again. So, I will be writing about my energy levels, mood, workout intensity and duration, as well as my body’s progress and improvement. Good night for now.
