Okay, so a couple of weeks of big tests and a new job later here I am again. My workouts have definitely become more consistent. My diet has cleaned up a lot in the last few weeks and my weight is down a bit. So, moving forward I want to be consistent with 4 days a week in the gym and bump up the fresh foods in my diet. That’s all for now. :)

Getting started…

Well, it’s the middle of the night and I’ve decided I want to start blogging as a way to stay focused and enthused about my workouts. I have lost the energy and commitment I once had and it’s time to find it again. So, I will be writing about my energy levels, mood, workout intensity and duration, as well as my body’s progress and improvement. Good night for now. :)
