I haven’t had much motivation to go to the gym lately or post on this site. I think I have reached burnout. I only go to the gym to maintain what I have worked so hard for. Just been kind of blah about the gym… what to do…..

I was extremely proud of myself yesterday during my chest workout. I increased my dumbbell press to the 110lb dumbells at 7 reps. Thats only 10 lbs away from the maximum weight in dumbbells 24 hour fitness offers. Might have to switch to the barbell after this even tho I am not a big fan of the barbell press — I dont get as much free movement. But either way, I was still proud of my accomplishments.

I can definetly see improvement in my body and strength. My bench has went up like crazy if you look at my workout tracker. But my size seems to stay the same, however, I haven’t measured in a while.
Last thought, HOW DO I GET OVER 191 POUNDS!! LOL

The people that make New Years revolutions to join a gym and workout all throughout January and die out within the next few months really make my workouts frustrating. The gym has been over crowded were I actually had to wait in line to use a piece of equipment. AAARG!
