So I’ve been training hard for awhile now and I can’t seem to break my plateau.I’ve changed my workouts,my diet,etc. and still can’t seem to get past that point,but I just recently purchased Arnold’s Bodybuiling Encylopedia so hopefully that’ll help me If you all have any suggestions,please feel free!
