today was a typical sunday. church, choir practice, then vball in the sand pits. i’m so tired from yesterday’s 18mi bike ride, but anyday is a good day to play vball. it was 98 degrees out today, the sand was hot, i was sweatin like a fat man, but a good 3 hrs of vball always does the trick. i felt good today, despite my sun-burned body from the day before. another good vball session.
i’m gonna hit the dumbbells and do some shoulder exercises…

today was a slow day. didnt get much sleep last night, so i felt super tired and drained at work. as always, was busy today–too bad cuz it was so nice out today. perfect for a run or even a bike ride. i got home from choir and worked out a bit in my room.
i bought a set of adjustable dumbbells the other day-reebok speed pac 25. i know, not the greatest set, but it works for now.
3 sets/20 reps pushups
3 sets/50 rep crunches
3 sets/10 rep curls (12.5lbs/arm)
3 sets/10 rep db shoulder press (12.5lbs)
3 sets/10 rep hammer curls (12.5lbs)
hopefully tomorrow i’ll have enough time to get a run in before volleyball practice.
