Ok so already I can feel like this is going to be the worst week ever for cravings…and when I get them, watch out. I have to fight them for 2 weeks at least before they go away. And besides that…exams are the next two weeks. I hope there aren’t long line ups to get coffee at the library…or people walking slow on sidewalks, because I could get reaaaaaaaally angry…we’ll see how it goes.

Today was a productive day physically and mentally. I got some studying done for exams and hit the gym hard. Tonight the girls and I went for a 6 km run…felt like I was going to die afterward but hey no pain no gain. It was so nice outside I actually got to wear my shorts out running…you’d understand if you knew how much snow we still had here, its depressing! We also worked legs tonight…felt like I was going to throw up before we even started…I told myself to suck it up and train hard…so I put on some Britney Spears and we rocked it, yeaaaa I like her…so what?! I’m trying to be supportive! Anyways, tomorrow is bi’s and tri’s….and yea I’m going to listen to Britney again

I started taking sizeon and I’m stacking it with superpump. I’m not finding that superpump gives me as much of an energy blast at the gym as the NO Explode did. This is my first time taking creatine though so I’m excited to see some results.
I have upped the intensity of my leg workouts. I’m just loading the plates on and going till failure (as much as i can without a workout partner)…till the vessels are popping out in my neck and my face is red. Gotta love it
Just looking for some advice on some quad/hammy workouts. Right now I’m doing squats (wide stance), leg press (close together), leg extensions, and hack squats (on some days). my reps are 12-10-8-6, always warm up with a light set of 12 before these and add weight for each set. I usually superset leg extensions and leg press.
There are so many methods to working quads, if you have some ass kicking exercises, please share!!
Hope you all are having a great week, TRAIN HARD!

I just finished researching everything there is to know about creatine. My thoughts are that I could only benefit from doing a cycle of it. I’ve never taken it before but have thought about it many times. What is currently causing the dilemma is which product to buy. There are so many, ones with a loading phase…ones without (gaspari sizeon was one that i read about). Which one will i benefit the most from? If anyone has any advice to give me on their experiences with using creatine, please do so!

I am very happy to be back at the gym after taking 3 weeks off. It was really getting to me, felt great to be back in the grind of things. I worked biceps/triceps today and went for a 30 min run on the treadmill. I feel better already! I haven’t ran in a while, expecting some sore quads but no pain no gain right! I was thinking of the comments from fellow friends on bodyspace while training today, you motivated me!
Can’t wait to train again tomo!

I have just posted some current pics, keep in mind I’ve been off from the gym for 3 weeks to concentrate on exams. I feel disgusting and can’t wait to get back to the gym on tuesday. I have decided that it’s time for be to set a date for my goal to compete. I have talked about it for long enough now it’s time to do it! I’m currently deciding on what my goals are going to be. I need to put some inches on my calves and my lats. Also need to get my BF% down and tighten up…A LOT! Getting a little frustrated with the process because I’ve been on the hunt for a trainer. It’s hard to find in the maritimes! Time to go study for my last 2 exams…:S I can’t wait till tuesday to feel that pump at the gym again
