Low BF is dangerous…

I am reaching low BF percentages, I have never been at before, and I have to let all that are striving for the same goal to stop immediately. I am starting to lose my a$$. Being a black man, I pride myself on two body parts, and my a$$ being one of them, I have to stop cutting for my a$$ sake.

    LOL bro that’s funny…and since my BF% is at 27.3% I still have a long way before I need to worry about that…
