Shoulders/ Abs. . .30 July 08
Today i had a very good workout, lots of drive, energy and focus. Got to the gym slightly earlier than usual to avoid the 17:00 rush. I made my energy drink and was out the door around 16:00. I warmed up with some front cable raises. My shoulder is slightly tweaked, so i start of light. Went right into some Arnold press’s, 45lbs 10×3. Next was the heavier lifting, shoulder press’s at 185 for 6×3, from there on out all was smooth. I am looking foward to doing Legs and Arms tomorrow, a possible post my follow…..Lata.
