Today i had a very good workout, lots of drive, energy and focus. Got to the gym slightly earlier than usual to avoid the 17:00 rush. I made my energy drink and was out the door around 16:00. I warmed up with some front cable raises. My shoulder is slightly tweaked, so i start of light. Went right into some Arnold press’s, 45lbs 10×3. Next was the heavier lifting, shoulder press’s at 185 for 6×3, from there on out all was smooth. I am looking foward to doing Legs and Arms tomorrow, a possible post my follow…..Lata.

So its Wednesday…..just got into the gym today, was’nt feeling good Monday and Tuesday. I did chest/triceps/biceps to catch up a little. Tommorow i’ll do back and shoulders and finish friday with leggs and forearms, gettin my cardio and abs throughout those two days. I started taking MRI’s Black Powder today as well, for a pre-workout energy drink. I became slightly woozy, but i expected that do to not realy feeling to good and i drank it a bit to fast, i’m sure tommorow will be different. If i remember, i will write a post tommorow about how that goes, thats about it for now, till next time.

Just writing out of boredum and this is my first post, its 1:00 am so its officically Saturday. I’ll be heading to the gym later today for some cardio and possibly some abs, wich i might not do because i did them yesterday. Starting monday i will have my gym partner back, wich i have been needing in order to move up on my bench, so i’m looking foward to that. Well….thats it for now….till next time.
