How many calories?
Saturday, May 16th, 2009I had been eating between 1700-2200 calories depending on workouts and hunger level but found that that is only maintaining my weight. I haven’t noticed any major fat loss even though it’s tough to tell on yourself. I know I have to cut my calories down but I’m not sure to what. The people on The Biggest Loser eat 1200 cals and that seems like too few for when working out. Can anyone help? I want to give my body enough fuel that it burns fat readily. I’m 5′5′’ and currently weigh 132lbs.
