Hey Im good for two days dude... I've notice w/ lifting heavy now it'd be nice to have someone there for a spot or to have someone hand me some weights... Still doing chest on Mondays and shoulders on Wednesday?...
I'll probably hang for the chest workout, and pass on the tri workouts, as I have an arm day thrown in there now...

Let me know... Later!

Yes, my diet now is clean for the most part, you know your basics, lean meat, egg whites, oatmeal, etc... , but there is a competition in March that I want to do. It will be my first one. I'm not going to do it, unless I know I have what the judges want to see & my biggest problem has always been leaning out w/ out losing all the muscle. There has to be a perfect balance of carbs & cardio, that I haven't figured out yet.
thanks for responding to my blog, smorgan.

are you eating clean now? If your diet is good, and you are building muscle that is most of the battle. most bodybuilders, men especially seem to carry a lot of extra weight when they are not competing, and only lean out for comp time. are you getting close to a competition?
