transformation starts today…
the muscletech transformation contest starts today… here’s my diet plan for the next 17 weeks, if all goes well I’ll have some good results from this.
it goes like this….
2750 calories a day.
meal 1 - 12 egg whites, one whole egg, 1 1/2 cup of broccoli, greenbeans or asparagus, one tbsp of peanut butter & a half a grapefruit.
Meal 2- protein shake, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 1/2 cup of broccoli, green beans or asparagus.
Meal 3- grilled chicken breast, lean fish or tuna, 1 1/2 cup of broccoli, green beans, or asparagus, 2 tbsp of peanut butter,
Meal 4 - pre work out , reapeat of meal 3,
Meal 5, post work out - grilled chicken breast, lean fish or tuna, 1 1/2 cup of broccoli, green beans or asparagus, 24 almonds & 5 grams of glutamine.
Meal 6, Protein shake, 1 cup of steamed broccoli, green beans or asparagus, 18 almonds.
Training 2 hours per day scheduled between meals 4 & 5
training is as follows…
day one - chest & abs,
day 2 - Back
day 3 - rest
day 4 shoulders
day 5 arms & calves
day 6 legs & abs,
day 7 rest,
each body group is a 45 min weight training followed by 30 - 45 min of medium pace cardio.
so….. there ya go, we’ll see how this works.
