I need a training partner to work out w/ twice a week. I work out pretty good on my own, but on chest & shoulders, I often need a spotter to go heavy.

Hey Im good for two days dude… I’ve notice w/ lifting heavy now it’d be nice to have someone there for a spot or to have someone hand me some weights… Still doing chest on Mondays and shoulders on Wednesday?…
I’ll probably hang for the chest workout, and pass on the tri workouts, as I have an arm day thrown in there now…
