Practice Carb Deplete/Load

3 1/2 weeks out and I think I’m still a little behind in my behind.  I don’t
expect to be as ready as I’d like to be for this show but at least I look
better than I did for the last show.  These last few pounds are a real bitch
to get off.  Hopefully this carb deplete/load will squeeze the last bit out.
I’m starting to get tired.  Tired of this diet mostly.  It’s the hardest
thing sticking to the diet. I can’t wait to eat some real food for once.

I’ve been doing a practice carb deplete/load this week.  I’m on day 4 of
deplete and so far survived but yesterday morning I felt like absolute crap.  I
felt like a fricken zombie.  Jay told me to take extra vitamins or B
vitamins because a lot of what I’m taking is getting flushed out and I have
no energy.  I absolutely hate this part!  I’m trying really hard to keep my
cool.  I just want to go home and sleep and wake up when it’s all over.

Day 2 it took me 1/2 hour to eat my eggs that were laced with
salt.  I bent over to pick something up about an hour later and regurgitated in
my mouth!  I think it was all the salt in my eggs.  OMG it was so gross!  It just kind of rolled up out of nowhere.
I couldn’t seem to get all my sodium in for the day so Jay told me to drink
boullion.  Well that worked!  I took my progress pics last night and OMG I look like a bloated piggy!!!  It looks like my pics from I don’t know when!  I can’t stand drinking all this water and then today I
have to drink an extra 1/2 gallon.  It’s 7:30 and I downed 32 oz already.
I made it through all my cardio last night.  Did the full 45 mins like I was supposed to.  I split my workout up.  I went to the gym at lunch and did my quick weight workout that Jay gave for this practice run and then did my cardio after dinner.  I didn’t make it the night before though.  Just about passed out.  Today is going to be alot better because I know I get to eat carbs for the next 2 days.  Plus I don’t have all that added salt!  Blueberry muffin for breakfast tomorrow…yay!!!!
