Can someone tell me…
Do you add in liquid amino acids into to your daily total calorie count? I’m taking ON 2x a day, once in the a.m. when I wake up and once after working out. It says on the bottle 120 calories and 20gr of protein. My trainer says I shouldn’t eat more than 1500 calories a day but if I add the amino acids then I’ll really only be eating 1300 calories of real food. I get real cranky when I’m hungry and I binge if I get too hungry. The way I’m training I think I need at least 1500 of solid food. Any suggestions would be awesome!

I hate to say it…but the calorie content of the amino acids should definitely be counted. A calorie is a calorie no matter where it comes from. I know what you are feeling with the hunger. Are you spacing out your meals every 3 hours, are you eating enough carbs. Sometimes I have a herbal tea or coffee and it helps take away my hunger…or eat lots and lots of veggies! Hope this helps
Amy.

Agreed with Amy. Every calorie contributes. Hard to make suggestions without knowing what your existing macros are already. Usually adding in some almonds is a safe bet though depending on how much fats you’re already getting.

Yeah you got to count them. I feel ya on the eating when hungry. I am having and issue about 9 pm. I just want something to eat, and in most cases its been 2.5-3 hours since my last meal. Found a pear tonight, then figured I would log in and get some inspiration.
