Cardio Cardio Cardio…lots and lots of Cardio
My training is going good. I got up at 5:30 yesterday and today to do cardio. I absolutely hate getting up and working out but last week when I had to take my stepson to football at 5:00 a.m. I went to the gym and I think that was the reason for my big fat loss when I had my body composition done on Sunday. I dropped 4% bodyfat over 3 weeks. I’ve never lost that much in such a short time and I’m sure it’s because of the morning cardio session so I’m going to stick with it if it kills me. I picked up my elliptical machine last night. We bought it used for $900 an it’s brand new. It’s a $2000 machine made by Vision Fitness but very good quality and extremely quiet. I was soooooo tired when I woke up this morning but I kept saying to myself "I have to do this". I need to be ready for this show. It’s very important to me to succeed at this. It just seems that everything I’ve tried to do since I’ve been in the US has not been a great success.
Tonight I train with my trainer and we’re going to do legs. My legs are still hurting from Monday from all those cross lunges I did. He’s giving me my workout schedule tonight so hopefully it’ll include a lot of legs. If not, I’m going to alter it because I really need to get my ass lifted and the bit of cellulite on the back of my legs. They’re finally starting to take a little shape now. I think I’ll take some progress pics tonight. I haven’t posted any yet for my 12 weeks out so that’s on my list of things to do for tonight.

G,
I’m doing the early morning cardio thing this week and I think it works wonders!!! They say you’re not supposed to eat for one hr afterwards so that’s what I do.
Becareful with over working your legs - they say that guys especially don’t focus on legs throughout the year then comp time over work them, they say that if you double-up then the legs stop responding. You may want to ask your PT. I dunno.
I’ll be thinking of you tom morning!!!
