Last night’s workout
I trained with Robert last night. He showed me cross lunges. He said they would kill but they really weren’t that bad. I really felt them in my glutes and abductors and that’s where I really need it. This is what we did:
Crunches: 4 x 50
Roman Chair Lifts: 3 x 30
Deadlifts: 4 x 20
Cross lunges: 4 x 20
Assisted Chin ups: 3 x 1
Front Lat (straight up) and side lat raises (all the way around and up) superset: 2 x 10, 1 x 15
Overall it was a pretty easy workout. I did a lot of talking because I’m getting worried about my progress and if I’ll be ready on time. I took some pictures the night before in my bikini to show him. I was kind of embarrassed and when he saw them he was looked impressed and said “that’s not bad at all!!!” He reassured me that I’d be ready and we’re going to focus on my lower body now. I weighed myself this morning and I lost 2 lbs…finally!!!! I didn’t think I’d ever lose any weight. I’ve been working my butt off but I’ve only really been dieting strict this week so that’s not too bad. He’s going to give me my workout on Sunday and do my bodyfat. Next weekend he wants to do posing so I’ll have to get my shoes this week for sure. Oh and I bought this Challenge Pro Loop by accident but it turns out its a pretty nice little gadget for working abductors…I’ll be using that alot! I attached a picture of it.
