14 weeks out-Natural Diamond Classic
I’m in the middle of week 14. I measured myself when I first started training with Robert 2 weeks ago and measured again today and I’ve lost 1/4" off my legs, hips and waist for a total of 3/4". That’s with no dieting. I just started my diet Monday. Haven’t had much training with him. Only 3 sessions but all were great. I went in one day last week and he showed me a quick workout to carry me through. He hasn’t really set up a workout schedule. Right now I feel like he’s abandoned me because he’s too busy. We were supposed to be training 2 x/week but so far it’s only been once a week. So I’m getting kind of worried. I found a website figurecoach.com and ordered the 3 set of dvd’s and book. It looks pretty good so we’ll see. It covers everything you need to know from dieting, training and posing. I can’t wait to get it.
I’ve been weight training 6 days a week. Intense workouts, low weight/high reps. I started going to the gym at lunch to do 30 min of cardio because I’m too tired to do cardio after my workouts. I’m exhausted after my workouts.
