Leg workout
I had a really crappy workout tonight. I was so tired because I’ve been up late every night this week and I’ve only been getting 5-6 hrs sleep a night. I increases my squats, I’m up to 125lbs, 6 reps. Everything else stayed the same. I didn’t even do cardio I was so tired. Tonight I’m going to get a full nights sleep and have a great shoulder workout tomorrow.

At least you increased your squats. That’s an accomplishiment considering you’re exhausted.

Yeeeeah! Another leg workout tonight with the BFL as well! Good luck! Your weight was higher than mine, but I’m trying to get used to the squat rack and away from the Smith machine, so I was taking it very cautiously. I hope you get some good sleep — and me too, I have to be at work at 7 am tomorrow.
