Into Week 4 BforL
Well I haven’t lost anything since I started taking creatine last Friday. I think that’s the reason but damn, I’m a whole lot stronger at the gym so who cares. I’ll continue taking it until Saturday and then I’m going to stop for a week and see what happens. I’ve increased my protein to around 170 grams a day, that’s a 50 gram increase from last week and try to work my way up to 190. I’m going to start take fish oil this week also.
