ARGH!
Its real hard not to get annoyed when body parts dont respnd… i could train my arms once a month and its seems like they’d grow, but my chest on the other hand just dosent want to grow, im able to lift more weight almost every week so i know that im making progress, but come on already!!! same with the strength of my shoulders, they are just ever so slowy making gains in strength and i know that this is bringing down my bench, which in turn hurts my chest!!!
