Deadlifts
Im just starting to incorporate the deadlift into my weekly schedule of excercises and man what a great move….if you don’t deadlift i highly recommend you try it (learn proper form first). the past two weeks ive blown away my personal best on like the 5th set (which probably means i can go much heavier than i am right now) but even with maxing on the 5th set my 1 rep max is about to break the 300 barrier which for me is really awesome and the pump i get while doing this excercise is unbelivable…i thought my arms were gonna explode…all in all an awesome move in my opinion…now im gonna of eat some chicken!
