N.O. Xplode and Kidney problems!
I have been supplementing with N.O. Xplode for a while and within a four month period have had two seroius kidney infections. I have heard that creatine can be hard on the kidneys. I follow the instructions that you take for 12 wks and then quit for 4 wks. I also drink alot of water. I am wondering if there are other people out there that have kindney problems or kidney pain that they associoate with supplements. Also if their are experts out there that know if this could be a cause.

I took NO Xplode before each workout for about a 9 months (No weeks off). I did not take it on Non workout days however….Plus I would only take 1 1/4 scoop….I found that more then that made me nacious at the gym. I have not had any issues with the product so it’s hard to say if it was the cause in your instance. As I’m sure you know everyones body reacts differently to stuff.
Side Note: I decided to switch to Animal Pump mainly for a change in pace and so far have found bigger gains with it.
I’m very sorry to hear about your Kidney issues!

Having had kidney infections in addition to food-borne illness, I can literally understand your pain. My last one in ‘98 required Cipro as an antibiotic. My problem…too much coffee and not enough water. If u drink coffee, u would be advised not to drink it within 4 hours of consuming N.O. Xplode…which has taurine and caffeine, not to mention calcium, magnesium and phosphates, which could unbalance your urine concentration & aggravate the kidneys (the latter may lead to stones).
I’m a NaNO vapor user, and did use N.O.Xplode. No issues yet, though drinking water thru my workouts, and post workout protein drink (NitroTech) seems to help. I drink Cranberry juice daily, as it helps against bladder, UT and kidney infection.

Hi,
i started having pain in the kidney areas after using NO explode for 3 months. Let me tell you that I drank more than 6 litres of water every 16 hrs. Along with NO explode, i’s taking caesin protein and normal whey protein. I have been taking whey protein for more than 3 yrs now and never had any problem which leads me to suspect that NO xplode might be the cause of this. I’ve other kidney disease related problems like short of breathe and lethargy.
It’s been 2 weeks now i’ve stopped using it. I hope it’s not already 2 late and I’ll get better.
Anyways, i’m not here to bash any particular brand, as other ppl mentioned, it reacts differently 2 diff ppl.
Just sharing my story.
Thanks.

I have taken no explode on an off for a little under a year now following the recommended break periods an dosage. I would get kidney pain occasionally but never thought much of it. I recently however developed a kidney stone, that I just passed. It was not pleasant. I drink more than a gallon of water a day and maintain a healthy diet for the most part so I doubt it was from dehydration or anything like that. The doctor said to lay off the no explode for a while because he thinks that might be the cause. And I’m not gonna lie he may be right. But to be honest I m going to take it anyway in fact I passed the stone this morning and it is now the afternoon and I’m drinking no explode as I right this post haha. I’m going to finish the bottle I have so it doesn’t go to waste an then stop for a while but to answer your question yes I think it affects your kidneys.

I’ve been taking Nano vapor for 2 months and just this week i’ve started getting kidney pains. I’ve decided to drink a lot more water and lay off the supps for a while. Just to flush out my system.

I am reaching the 4 month period of taking NO explode, 3 scoops, almost every day. I do drink lots of water and make protein shakes. I eat lots of fruit and maintain a 2000 calorie diet with lots of cardio and exercise. I have not experienced any discomfort or pain in my kidneys as of yet. Although 3 years ago I was diagnosed with kidney stones when the doctor found blood in my urine. At that time I was not working out or taking supplements but I was drinking alcohol and taking vicodin every day. Since I stopped, I have not had any problems and have not passed any stones to my knowledge.
NO explode and working out is a MUST! If I could lay off the oreo’s and milk at 2AM then I think I would feel even better! But I feel good anyways! GRRRRRR

I have taken Animal Pump for a few months and got decent results. After a two month break of nothing but natural protein diet, I tried NO Explode and I haven’t had any problems yet, but I will ensure to get tested for kidney failure. I drink about 8-9 bottles of water a day, not including the one bottle I put in the NO.
