Getting Going
Monday, November 19th, 2007Ok, ok, been a long time since i’ve posted I know. What’s new, well finally FINALLY got my 07 contest photos, check them out in my progress pics. Also got a new workout partner at the gym and we have two solid weeks of training together in, it’s going good. Was up to 110 pds for dumbbell bench press the other day and 315 pd deadlifts on the weekend. Going to keep it rocking three years of this and I should be looking really good.
