The only person that can do that is you. so start thinking what you can do and not what others can do. please read my profile on why i started bodybuilding or transforming my body for the good. Its not that i disagree with your opinion its because i dont like hearing negative comments and you can change. You already have with the comment you just made you want look good with your shirt off over summer or what ever season maybe. Thats a goal you can achieve start small and then keep moving forward. i know the world centres around what outward apperances like you see that in mags we buy or on tv.
