has this ever happened to you?
Ok so i get up, hit the gym and am home by 6:30. I make my protein shakes for the day and sit down on my couch to untie my shoes before hopping in the shower to go to work and the next thing i know i am waking up at ten minutes to 9 and i have to be at work at nine?
I dont know what the heck happened but i was knocked out!
Ok its official, someone actually has moved past the dating stage and has a girlfriend again. And right in time for the holidays. The really cool part is that she is a die hard fitness person also and we keep each other on our toes about our exercise and diet.
Well, I have switched up my training now and do my cardio in the morning to try and believe it or not, prevent injury. I kow that you burn more calories by doing cardio in the morning, but i hate missing a workout by lifting at nght. I made the switch anyway though because lifting on a cold morning takes forever to get warm and i really dont want to hurt myself. So, another sacrifice must be made.

Hell yeah it has happened to me. Something about whenyou go back to sleep you sleep harder I think.

Good for you! I really struggle just to get up and getting up and working out in the AM is just not my thing so I really respect you for committing to this!
