didn’t forget about this…just got off track in posting…
tonight I did back and went back to what I did three weeks ago which was just hitting three moves extra heavy…I am amazed at how much more I feel my back gets worked doing it this way…
v-grip pulldowns
v-grip cable rows
homemade t-bar rows
cardio one: 45min stepmill
cardio two: 35min incline treadmill
meal 1: 8 ew’s, 2% mozzy cheese
snack: 1tbsp almond butter (pre-wo)
meal 2: 4oz chicken, salad greens
meal 3: 4oz chicken, asp
meal 4: 4oz chicken, asp
meal 5: 6ew’s
