No Excuses
Time to get my diet in check. I’m supposed to have one cheat meal a week and it always turns into a cheat day. Starting NOW, diet will be consistant. My next cheat meal(not day) will be 12/7/08.
Training going great but diet holding me back.

I have been lifting consistently for the last year.
My diet has been inconsistent for the last 6 months. My birthday is TOMMOROW. I will be 43. I am not mad at myself this time. I like that I am a year older for once, and doing what I have always wanted.
I am getting my diet in order. I have all the tools, and all the right foods. Now I have to consistently GRAZE every couple of hours, and NOT skip meals. Plus, eat the right meals. It will work.
I have grown a %@!! of a lot of muscle. So I am NOT mad about that at all. I got guns now!
You keep your diet straight. And I will keep my diet straight. k?
