THIS IS JUST MY FIRST DAY

I AM JUST GETTING THIS TOGETHER AS FAST AS I CAN SO AS FAR AS WHAT KIND OF POST ILL PUT SOME OF MY STANDARDS…

ALL NATURAL!!!

CLOSE TO 400 GRAMS OF PROTEIN A DAY AT LEAST ONE HOUR OF CARDIO A DAY 6 DAYS A WEEK

I LIFT ONLY FIVE DAYS A WEEK

I AM UP FOR LOTS OF CRITICISM THATS WHY I AM DOING THIS… IF YOU AGREE ABOUT SOMETHING IM DOING AWESOME GIMME FEEDBACK, YOU THINK IM OFF ON SOMETHING PLEASE CALL ME OUT… ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING I CAN GET FROM YOUR OPINIONS GOOD OR BAD WILL BE USED SOMEHOW THANK YOU!!
