So I am starting a new workout. The goal is the same, to build mass, but I will be trying to work out 5 days a week. If i am to soar I might do five workouts in 8 days. The schedule is Day 1-5×5 upper (heavy),
Day 2- 5×5 lower (heavy),
Day 3-rest,
Day 4- 3×6-12 back,traps,rear delt, bis (volume),
Day 5 - 3×6-12 chest,mid/front delt, tris (volume),
Day 6 - 3×6-12 quats, hams, inner/outer, calves (volume),
Day 7 - Rest
Workouts have been going good so far. Everyone is complimenting me all the time which must mean im doing something right. Im down to my last few scoops of cytocarb that i put with a half scoop of sizeon during workouts and im closing in on finishing my cytogainer. Im contemplating going to a weight gainer with more calories but i have a hard time getting shakes down so it might be a waste. The animal pump with the adderall seems to be making me sweat alot during the gym so I will have to drink more water. Ive gained another two pounds, but it looks like ive lost some weight too which isnt too good.
School is about to start up again and this will be my last year. Its also the first semester in college that I havnt had a gf, but i do have senior design which is beyond redic. I started taking my adderal (adhd) so i can get used to it before school. Hopefully this wont cause me to loose to much water or weight. I will for the most part just be eating what my fraternity cook makes, he is jamaican so everything has alot of spice which kills my stomach for a few weeks getting used to it.
