New gym day 1

Just got out of the new gym that was just built and openned today.  It preaty much ruled……

tore up the pecs today and looking forward to some back tommorow.

Hopefully it will be empty in there like it was tonight. It was nice not having to share :-)

Just another sheep….

Joined the un opened 24 hour fitness yesterday.  Will be kinda fun to be there on openning day to be the first ones to workout in a brand new gym.  Plus its right down the road to from my house so im just gonna pettle my ass down there on my newly traded craigslist special mountain bike that i just came across.

Time for changes……………

Biggest change is gonna be the Intensity of my workouts have stepped up big time in the last week.

Lotz of high reps/dropsets so till its burning so bad that i want to go home to momma.

But no got to SQUEEZE another 10 reps out……….

Boy does that burn.

Back day only

Really liking only having a back day.   Last week i havnt been that soar in my back in a long time.   It was great……

Looking forward to later today.

gonna be doin mod tbar rows which is one of my favorite exersises.   Also gonna start doin half pull ups to really focas on the lats.

Modiavtion is almost at a peak for me….

5×5 over - Bring on the Burn

5×5 week is over with now. Time to start bringing some volume to the muscles.  Love feeling that burn of high reps.  Really gonna consentrated on HIT this week. Sqeezing every rep out like it was the last thing i had to do…..

Really feeling alot stronger since the last time i did 5×5.

keepin my carbs around 60g and burning them all cuz i keep losin bodyfat.

Still trying to hold on to my 180lbs while losing BF.
