Tried ZMA for the first time last night and i LOVE it.   Knocked me the F out all night and i didnt even wake up one time.
I hope it keeps having a continuing effect.

Up first thing this morning to do cardio and abs.
Put down a lil protien and fat cuz i cant function on an empty stomach.
Boy by the end i am reallllly looking forward to those carbs.

Cardio and Calves

it was quit the journey i tell yeah waking up early the last few weeks.   Just to ride my bike down and tromp on the treadmill and do as many reps in my calves till they feel like they are going to explode.

I figure mine as well with summer coming up and got to get my money worth with my crack addiction with supplements.

Loving the S9 headset.  Makes everyday a happy day when you can pump metal at 7am.

Did my version of a Bodyweight Circuit they did on LiftRite.

Followed by 20 min of low intensity cardio.

Starting to shred.

2 weeks of cardio and keeping a handle on carb intake is really paying off.

Im for sure gonna keep going on this till i get the look im after.

Today was last training day of the week, tomorrow is only rest day.

Next week im taking a week off from weight training and doing own bodyweight training.

3 days of circut own body training

and

3 days of HIT Cardio and Abs

Increasing cardio

For the last two weeks been increasing cardio. Trying to go for the ripped look without cutting to many carbs.   still doing 6 day weight training split w/ 2 days of Boot camp style agility/crossfit training.

Been feeling a big boost of energy now that i do more cardio and hope it helps in my muscle gains for the long run.

Also been riding my bike to work and everywhere around town. Who wants to pay for gas?

Grits for breakfast

2 servings of grits (ronnie coleman breakfast) for me this morning.

Havnt had that since is was in the army.    Threw in some PB and it wasnt half bad at all……….
