2 whole eggs
1 cup Fat free milk
Pre Workout:
Xtend Watermellon
Post workout:
Cyto Whey 1.5 Scoop
1 cup Fat Free Milk
1 Banana
Lunch:
7oz Chicken Breast
2 cups Brown Rice
Brocoli
Snack:
1 scoop Syntha-6
1 cup Fat Free Milk
.5 Tablespoon Flaxoil
Dinner:
7oz Chicken Breast
1 cup Brown Rice
Brocolli
Pre Bed:
1 Scoop Probolic-SR
1 cup Fat Free Milk
.5 tablespoon Flax oil
20 - 40 - 40 ratio
