Cardio and Abs

Up first thing this morning to do cardio and abs.
Put down a lil protien and fat cuz i cant function on an empty stomach.
Boy by the end i am reallllly looking forward to those carbs.

As i eat a handful of almonds. I ask myself,"why not just shove my face with some ice cream".  I think back to how i usto eat, which was basicly 6 days a week fast food or frozen pizzas.   Quickly realizing that i never, ever want to go back to that point.
YUUUMMMMM  Almonddssss.

Rest day/Cheat Day

Feel like i did some carbing up today.
Had gut rot Red Robin for my cheat meal and they defiantly lost my business for awhile.
Just a greasy mess and way undercooked patty on the burger.

Ive been eating like this for the last 3 weeks.
Paying off….
I seem to be getting lean, but still have endurance in the gym.

Breakfast:
1 cup Raw Oats
2 whole eggs
1 cup Fat free milk

Pre Workout:
Xtend Watermellon

Post workout:
Cyto Whey 1.5 Scoop
1 cup Fat Free Milk
1 Banana

Lunch:
7oz Chicken Breast
2 cups Brown Rice
Brocoli

Snack:
1 scoop Syntha-6
1 cup Fat Free Milk
.5 Tablespoon Flaxoil

Dinner:
7oz Chicken Breast
1 cup Brown Rice
Brocolli

Pre Bed:
1 Scoop Probolic-SR
1 cup Fat Free Milk
.5 tablespoon Flax oil

20 - 40 - 40 ratio

3 packets Splenda

1/4 cup Fat free milk

Sprinkle Cinnamon

Changing my diet all up this week.

been putting down alot of clean fats tryin to bulk it up, but as you know your body gets usto it. So laying off the fats and bumping up complex carbs , except for breakfast and post workout.

           one raw egg

           one cup yogurt

           Splenda

Meal 2: One bag organic popcorn

Sup:    No Explode

Meal 3: One cup brown rice

           Two cups Homemade Stew w/ Deer Meat

Meal 4: Chicken breast and carrots

Meal 5: Chickin , brown rice and baby spinach

Meal 6: Four Scrambled Eggs before bed
