Starting to shred.
Saturday, March 29th, 20082 weeks of cardio and keeping a handle on carb intake is really paying off.
Im for sure gonna keep going on this till i get the look im after.
Today was last training day of the week, tomorrow is only rest day.
Next week im taking a week off from weight training and doing own bodyweight training.
3 days of circut own body training
and
3 days of HIT Cardio and Abs
