5×5 over - Bring on the Burn

5×5 week is over with now. Time to start bringing some volume to the muscles.  Love feeling that burn of high reps.  Really gonna consentrated on HIT this week. Sqeezing every rep out like it was the last thing i had to do…..

Really feeling alot stronger since the last time i did 5×5.

keepin my carbs around 60g and burning them all cuz i keep losin bodyfat.

Still trying to hold on to my 180lbs while losing BF.

Machete Cardio

Mountain man machete cardio.
Just got back from keeping up on the trails behind my  house.  Like to keep um clear so me and my son have a nice place to walk .
You wouldn’t think so , but swinging a machete around for an hour gets the heart going.  Imagine its a pretty good shoulder workout also.

did good till it came up to BBQ time.

i had about 15oz of Beef and garlic bread.

but you know what i think i will live.

even tho i thought i was gonna pop for a few hours after.
