HIIT cardio and some abs
Saturday, June 30th, 2007This afternoon when i head in to the gym.
10 minutes HIIT cardo and some upper ab. All sqeeze rep and really consintrat on holding each movement for at least 2 seconds. No hurry……
Chest day yesterday was amazing. Havnt felt a pump like that in a year or so. Im preaty happy about the way that it tured out.
