HIIT cardio and some abs

This afternoon when i head in to the gym.

10 minutes HIIT cardo and some upper ab. All sqeeze rep and really consintrat on holding each movement for at least 2 seconds.  No hurry……

Chest day yesterday was amazing.  Havnt felt a pump like that in a year or so.  Im preaty happy about the way that it tured out.

Bout to head to the gym and do my chest routine.

Doin all cable movements.   Rep squeeze everything 3×10 with a dropset of chest press at the end.

Been kickin ass on the diet , still need to get it perfected 100% protien and carb intake wise.

Still making adjustments to my diet.

Today ended up being 27-39-32

Still need to bump up the carbs and protein.

it was prolly cuz i was using very lean ground beef as my protein souce , still high in fat compared to chicken or the canned salmon that i was eating.

Prolly gonna start having a whey shake with each meal also wouldnt hurt. since i came across some cheap whey that i can get off of a friend.

Changing my diet all up this week.

been putting down alot of clean fats tryin to bulk it up, but as you know your body gets usto it. So laying off the fats and bumping up complex carbs , except for breakfast and post workout.

Hit the tanning bed also tonight , tried this new lotion that burned me crisp.

really squezed for at least two seconds  on each contraction. Burns like hell , but im hoping to see muscle growth off my work.

Shoulder & tri that burnt like the fires of Hell!

then 2 sets of tri dropsets each muscle group this week.

been doin 5×5 for two weeks and high reps burn like hell when your not usto it in awhile.

Really watching what i eat the last two day.  Mainly the fat content and the type of fat that im putting in my body. Mainly restricting pork……

Protein intake has also increase about 25%.
