5×5 leg day .  Going heavy makes you want to puke. Last set of the day did a Leg extention dropset of 10s.  Burnt like a MF’

Then i did  bench hops till failer and yes failer. Ate SHit , wasnt to preaty….

Workout today

Ended up doin back and bi’s yesterday.  Do legs today if i can make it to my gym. Gas is so expensive now that i almost have to push my car into the pump, when  i have the extra money to spend on little things like gas

Tri’s arnt as soar as i would prefer after yesterday. Helps if you have someone there for  a spot so you can get closer to failer for sure.    

Gonna slam legs today.   Lotz of dumbell lunges and Squats :-)
