Tried ZMA for the first time last night and i LOVE it. Knocked me the F out all night and i didnt even wake up one time.
I hope it keeps having a continuing effect.

Up first thing this morning to do cardio and abs.
Put down a lil protien and fat cuz i cant function on an empty stomach.
Boy by the end i am reallllly looking forward to those carbs.

As i eat a handful of almonds. I ask myself,"why not just shove my face with some ice cream". I think back to how i usto eat, which was basicly 6 days a week fast food or frozen pizzas. Quickly realizing that i never, ever want to go back to that point.

Had a good day of rest.
Feel like i did some carbing up today.
Had gut rot Red Robin for my cheat meal and they defiantly lost my business for awhile.
Just a greasy mess and way undercooked patty on the burger.

Ive been eating like this for the last 3 weeks.

I seem to be getting lean, but still have endurance in the gym.
Breakfast:
1 cup Raw Oats
2 whole eggs
1 cup Fat free milk
Pre Workout:
Xtend Watermellon
Post workout:
Cyto Whey 1.5 Scoop
1 cup Fat Free Milk
1 Banana
Lunch:
7oz Chicken Breast
2 cups Brown Rice
Brocoli
Snack:
1 scoop Syntha-6
1 cup Fat Free Milk
.5 Tablespoon Flaxoil
Dinner:
7oz Chicken Breast
1 cup Brown Rice
Brocolli
Pre Bed:
1 Scoop Probolic-SR
1 cup Fat Free Milk
.5 tablespoon Flax oil
20 - 40 - 40 ratio

it was quit the journey i tell yeah waking up early the last few weeks. Just to ride my bike down and tromp on the treadmill and do as many reps in my calves till they feel like they are going to explode.
I figure mine as well with summer coming up and got to get my money worth with my crack addiction with supplements.
Loving the S9 headset. Makes everyday a happy day when you can pump metal at 7am.
